1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the winph5 website accessible at winph5.vip, including all associated pages, features, games, and services.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the winph5 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the winph5 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's winph5 Account wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by winph5 to Players, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by winph5 and applicable regulations.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed on a Player's Account at the Player's request, preventing access to the Platform for a specified period.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the winph5 Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering, depositing funds, or placing wagers — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and winph5 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

winph5 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the winph5 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. winph5 strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process.
2. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the winph5 Platform.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of winph5, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not have been previously excluded from the winph5 Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform through a self-exclusion program or regulatory order that remains in effect.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

winph5 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily established.

4 Account Registration

To access the full features of the winph5 Platform, you must create a registered Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) winph5 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balances or Bonuses held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winph5 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. winph5 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: winph5 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players. You agree to provide such documentation as winph5 may reasonably request to complete KYC verification, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Transfers: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your winph5 Account or any rights therein to any third party.
• Inactive Accounts: winph5 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or close Accounts that have been dormant for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable law and prior written notice to the registered email address.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the winph5 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: winph5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. winph5 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind, nor credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks. winph5 reserves the right to extend this period in cases requiring additional verification.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Transaction Limits: winph5 may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits on deposits and withdrawals. Current limits are displayed in your Account settings and may be updated from time to time.
• Currency: All Account Balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). winph5 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
• Anti-Money Laundering: winph5 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. winph5 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

winph5 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. winph5 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any Player from any promotion without prior notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from your Account without compensation.
• Abuse: winph5 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.
• Modification: winph5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the modification.

7 Gameplay Rules

The following rules govern gameplay on the winph5 Platform:

• Game Rules: Each game available on the winph5 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. winph5 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
• Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects the outcome of a game, winph5 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the Player's Account. winph5's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection: winph5 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the Player's end during gameplay. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.
• Wager Finality: Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the winph5 system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. All confirmed wagers are final.
• RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG)-based games on the winph5 Platform use certified RNG technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. winph5 does not manipulate game outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winph5 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonuses, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one (1) winph5 Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with any game or wager on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to winph5 immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing winph5 staff, live dealers, or other Players through any communication channel.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling as permitted under these Terms.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the winph5 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of winph5 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Philippine copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the winph5 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without winph5's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any winph5 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of winph5's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

winph5 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the winph5 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

winph5 implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and winph5 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

winph5 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties as required by applicable Philippine law, including PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering legislation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winph5 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the winph5 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activities on the Platform.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or errors in the Platform's software or systems.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance on information or content provided on the Platform.
• Delays in processing deposits, withdrawals, or other transactions.

winph5's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winph5 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude winph5's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Responsible Gaming

winph5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the winph5 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

winph5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• winph5 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct in connection with your Account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• You are found to be ineligible to use the Platform under Section 3 of these Terms.
• winph5 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• Your Account has been inactive for twelve (12) or more consecutive months.

Upon termination of your Account for cause, winph5 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance and Bonuses held in your Account. Where termination is not for cause, winph5 will process a withdrawal of your remaining Balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting winph5 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and KYC requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

winph5 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, winph5 will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to your Account.

The amended Terms will take effect upon posting to the Platform, unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the winph5 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. winph5 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and winph5 arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

For disputes relating to winph5's compliance with PAGCOR regulations, Players may also file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official channels.
